Warping shower panels
The shower separation panels in the guest heads in the starboard hull, will warp after some time. The plexiglas material expands at higher temperatures. Because they are bolted to a stainless frame that does not expand, the plexiglas warps. The solution is easy. Remove the panel, increase the bolt hole diameter and reinstall. Don’t tighten the fixing bolts too much, because the material should be able to move a little when it expands.
Hi Robert. I got the impression the shower panels just straightened up when unscrewed but they remain warped. Did you mean you have to get new panels and that the larger holes would then protect the new ones?

They will straighten when you solve the issue in time. If they have been deformed for a long time they will hold their warped shape. I did not get new ones. Our warp was just light after solving the issue.
