We are a Dutch couple ready for our next adventure in life. We are both born in Holland. Robbert grew up in Africa and I grew up in the Caribbean. We met each other back in Holland. Dreaming of living abroad and that’s what we did. Dubai, in the early 90s. Our daughter Annieck was born here. Great time! But coming back to Holland for business purpose. Robbert bought his own company. In the sailing industry! We have a wholesale company representing all the big brands. We are in this business for 20 years plus. So now you know that sailing has always been in our lives! Sailing has been Robbert’s passion from the day he was born. I took over his passion. And we have this dream of exploring the world for a long long time ….

20 Years later, our grown up daughter Annieck studying in Rotterdam, we found it time to make our dream come true. So we bought EIGHT, a catamaran .. prepared her and now we are ready to go! Our adventure to a DESTINATION UNKNOWN!

MEET THE CREW

We are a family of 3. Our daughter Annieck is not travelling with us full time.  But we hope to see her as much as possible. She loves the idea to visit us at exotic locations!

Down to earth. Love to cook, drink and enjoy time with friends. Curious. Direct. My biggest love is our daughter Annieck. And of course Robbert. I want to keep up this website with stories, pictures and video’s. This is the first time I made a website so please be friendly … my mother tongue is Dutch and I am totally unexperienced in this field …! Enjoy!

Annieck. Our daugther. Creative. Clever. Music and festivals are her passion. Studying leisure management in Rotterdam. Got her propedeuse in 1 time!! We are very proud parents. She will be joining and sailing with us as much as possible. Long distance communication these days is easy. We love you to the moon and back ♥
